What is past if it doesn't let you cry every time you recall it?


 What is past if it doesn't change you completely from who you were and what you have become.
What is past if it doesn't let you break down completely and turn you into a cold-hearted person.

 What is past if it doesn't turn you into an artist?
What is a past if it doesn't give you memories to cherish and some of them to vanish?
What is a past if it doesn't decide who you are today?

 What is a past if the winter cold doesn't make your heart numb with cold?
What is a past if doesn't let you trust anyone else after that?

 What is a past if it doesn't make you afraid to know you when you have allowed someone to know you before.
What is a past if it doesn't involve love which you thought that will be with you forever but consequences didn't help you.

I see long nights as my saviour  from my feelings.  When asked about what I am doing, I only say I am listening to audiobooks.  You have gone a long time ago, I still stare at our photo.  It makes me smile, I say. Possessions or Belongings?

I always wondered.  W hy the name possessions fo r something that you have?  I realise it now, back then I was possessive about things called toys. Belongings, what are they? Something which belongs to you until you realise you have to let it go. You belonged to me and I couldn't share you with someone else. Even when someone asked me to give you. I would become possessive cause you were my possession. Belong, I believed in this when I was a small child. You were my favourite among all my belongings. But you too vanished like the shooting star, within seconds. I was afraid to let you go. I had that feeling I would lose you if I let you. Alas! I let you go and I never saw you. I never found you.
